Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Expired product received
- Product received is different from what was ordered
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- With all labels intact
